E&D Consulting Services is a Closed Corporation established in 2005 and owned and managed by Mr Paul Scherzer, who operates as an independent consultant. He is based in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa and provides consulting services throughout Southern and Central Africa, specializing primarily in food security and economic livelihood empowerment programs, as well as in the monitoring and evaluation of development programs.
